Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Corelle purchase. If something is not quite right, we are happy to help.

  • Return items within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened items, incomplete kits, and missing components are not eligible for a refund.
  • No return authorization is required.

How Returns Work

  1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  2. Include the packing slip or order information inside the box.
  3. Ship the return to the address below using the carrier of your choice.
  4. We will inspect the return and process an eligible refund, usually within 7–14 business days after arrival.

Temporary Shipping Update

Due to a temporary carrier disruption, prepaid return labels are not available. Customers may return eligible items using the shipping carrier of their choice.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Processing time may vary with return volume.

Damaged Products

If an order arrives damaged, keep the product and its packaging and contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
