Shipping Rates
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Standard ground shipping is free when the merchandise total is $99 or more after discounts.

Shipping Destinations
Orders are limited to United States addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free or reduced standard-shipping promotions.
Delivery Times & Processing
You will receive a shipping notification when any part of your order leaves the warehouse. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate boxes on different days.
- 48 contiguous states: standard delivery may take up to 7 business days; test express delivery may take up to 3 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii: standard delivery may take 10–15 business days; test express delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Tax & Tax-Exempt Orders
Corelle Brands collects and remits sales tax in states that impose sales tax and in the District of Columbia. Tax is based on the shipping address. For a tax-exempt order, call 1-800-999-3436.
Shipping Carriers
- Orders under 7 lb may ship through UPS SurePost® with final delivery by USPS.
- Orders from 7 lb to under 150 lb generally ship by UPS Ground.
- Orders of 150 lb or more may use a specialty carrier and may incur additional charges.
- Weekend and holiday delivery is not available through UPS Ground.
Promotion Rules
Free, flat-rate, and discounted shipping offers apply only to eligible standard-shipping orders in the 48 contiguous United States unless an offer states otherwise. The qualifying merchandise total is calculated after discounts; gift cards, free items, surcharges, taxes, and shipping charges do not count toward the minimum.
